At Ezydries, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy for any reason, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. You can return undamaged products purchased from our official website for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
This policy does not apply to bulk orders (more than 10 units of a product), which are non-refundable. Once we receive your returned item(s) at the address provided by our Customer Support Team, we will begin processing your refund.
Returns Requirements
To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure your return meets the following criteria:
Include all items originally sent, including any accessories or bonus items.
Include all products for which you'd like a refund. For larger orders, only the returned items will be refunded, not the entire order value.
Include original packaging in its original condition.
Refunds for discounted items will only be issued for the discounted price.
For non-quality-related returns, you are responsible for the shipping costs. Refunds for non-quality returns will be for the cost of the product only (shipping and handling fees are non-refundable).
