Shipping and Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Orders are shipped within 1–2 business days and typically delivered within 3–10 business days.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on all orders, except for purchases containing accessories. For accessory-only orders, shipping fees may apply.
What countries does Ezydries ship to?
Ezydries currently ships to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Germany, France, Ireland, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Austria, Belgium, Finland, Greece, Luxembourg, Portugal, Slovenia, Czech Republic (Czechia), Denmark, Hungary, Poland, Sweden, Japan, India, Slovakia, and the UAE. We plan to expand our shipping locations in the future.
I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?
We strive to ensure all your items arrive together. However, due to varying shipping options based on the product, some items may ship separately. You will receive a separate shipment notification email for each item shipped.
Can I change the delivery address after my package has been shipped?
Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to modify the delivery address. However, if you need to update the address, you may cancel your order within 60 minutes and place a new order with the correct details.
What should I do if my package is lost?
If you believe your package is lost or missing, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the issue and notify you of the next steps. The investigation typically takes 1-3 business days. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
What if I have an issue after my order has been delivered?
If you experience any of the following issues with your order, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving it and provide a detailed description of the problem along with any relevant proof (photos, order details, etc.):
Items in the package are damaged.
You received incorrect items, or some items are missing.
The courier’s tracking shows the package as delivered and signed for, but you did not receive it.
We will review your case promptly and help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
