Warranty Period
All Ezydries products come with a 3-month warranty, starting from the date of purchase. If you need to activate the warranty, simply fill out our 3-Month Warranty Form.
In special circumstances, such as crowdfunding campaigns, warranty policies will be outlined on the campaign page.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for Ezydries products. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days, we’ll provide a full refund—no questions asked.
Warranty Claims for Quality-Related Issues
If your Ezydries product has any quality-related defects, it’s covered by a warranty for 12 months from the purchase date.
For any quality-related warranty claims, we will provide a replacement of equal value, or if replacement is not available or preferred, we will offer a refund based on the usage time of the product.
Quality-related claims for purchases made through Ezydries authorized distributors or retailers should be handled directly through them, though our Customer Support Team remains available to assist.
Warranty coverage is valid only within the country of purchase. The warranty is void if the product is taken outside the country where it was purchased or shipped directly from an authorized online retailer.
A replacement is eligible if the original purchase is still within the warranty period. The warranty is void once a refund has been issued.
